Manage your weight over Christmas with LighterLife’s 2-step approach

LighterLife involves attending weekly group sessions, with no more than 12 people at a time. As well as being weighed, you work with a LighterLife Counsellor and explore some of the reasons which might have lead to you overeating. The groups are just £15 per week and Foodpacks start from £1.80.

I was a member at Romford 2 years ago….I would like to buy the Lighter-life food sachets again as they really suited me, however I don`t want to go and see the doctor again as i`m embarrassed that i`ve put on weight again. I had a positive private health check this year, which just pointed out that I should lose weight for optimum health. What can you suggest please.

    Many thanks for your message. Sorry to hear that but great to hear you’ve made the decision to come back and try again. Every individual loses weight in their own way. Your LighterLife Counsellor is there to help if you need a bit of extra support and can advise you on the best way forward once you stop the packs. Your journey doesn’t stop when you finish your packs – your Counsellor can give you information and advice to help you change your attitude to food and maintain your weight loss going forward. Our new Management programme is designed to make sure you keep up the great changes you made while letting go of the weight. During weight loss and weight management you will be supported by your Counsellor and your LighterLife group. Our new Management programme includes:

    • Small group meetings
    • Expert support from your Counsellor – covering themes such as Body Image
    • Carefully planned phases of food reintroduction
    • Healthy recipes
    • Fitness advice that will keep you on track for the long term
