So, you’ve achieved your weight loss target and are back to cooking, but this time you want to create really healthy meals that will help you keep the pounds off. Wondering what to cook? Need any inspiration? Here is a fab healthy weight loss recipe for you to try – perfect for any occasion.

Per serving

Nutrition facts per serving: 379 calories
39 grams protein
11.5 grams carbohydrates
19.7 grams fat

Preparation and cooking time- 15 mins

Ingredients:
Lemons x 2
Salmons x 2,
150 g fillets
Ground black pepper Broccoli 200g,
broken into tiny florets.
Green beans x 200g
Courgette x 1, cut into sticks
Spring onion x 3
sliced Chicory x 1
Dijon mustard x 1 tsp

Instructions:
Heat the grill, squeeze the juice of one lemon over the salmon and season with pepper. Place it under the grill for 3-5 mins on each side depending on the thickness of the fish. Once cooked, set aside under some foil to keep warm. Boil a large pan of water and simmer the broccoli, beans and courgette for another 2-3 mins until they are tender. Drain, then return to the pan to keep warm. Remove the leaves from the chicory and arrange around the outside of two plates with the spring onion. In small bowl, combine remaining lemon juice and mustard, season and mix well. Break the salmon into large flakes an nestle into the salad and drizzle with the dressing.
