LighterLife Savoury Stock x 150ml
Shallots x 6
Button Mushrooms x 14
Garlic x 1 clove, crushed
Rump Steak x 300, trimmed of all visible fat and cut into strips
Tomato Puree x 1tsp
Dijon Mustard x 1tbsp
Tarragon x 2tsp, chopped
Less then 3% fat crème fraiche x 1tbsp
Heat the stock in a large saucepan, add the shallots, mushrooms and garlic, and simmer for 8-10 mins.
Once the shallots are tender, add the steak and cook for 2-3 mins until browned.
Stir in the tomato puree, mustard and tarragon , season to taste and then stir in the fat- free crème fraiche.
Bring to a simmer and then serve with basmati or brown rice.
