Get in the party mood with our delicious low calorie mocktails. Our experts have come up with three super easy Lite-friendly drinks to keep you partying the night away this weekend.

Virgin Mary (one serving)

 Ingredients

Method

  1. Blend all the ingredients together and serve over ice.

Sparkling mint and berry punch

Ingredients

Method

  1. Mix the Fruits of the Forest drinks mix with the sparkling water, as per the instructions on the pack.
  2. Clap the mint leaves between your hands to get a more intense flavour and then mix them into your drink with ice cubes.

Cucumber and mint cooler

Ingredients

Method

  1. Add the cucumber and mint to the water and stir.
  2. Leave in the fridge over night to allow the flavours to infuse
  3. Serve the next day over ice.

Non-alcoholic Bucks Fizz

Ingredients

Method

  1. Mix the Sunrise Orange drinks mix with the sparkling water, as per the instructions on the pack.
  2. Pour into a Champagne flute, et voila – you have a tasty Bucks Fizz!
