1 pack LighterLife Raspberry Jelly
1 pack LighterLife Rhubarb & Custard
10g LighterLife Mousse
Mix ¾ pack LighterLife Vanilla ¼ bar LighterLife Crispy Peanut or Cranberry and Raspberry
• Make the jelly as per pack instructions and allow to set in the fridge. • Prepare the Rhubarb and Custard using 200ml of very cold water; add the Mousse Mix and blend well using an electric blender for 90 seconds. Then pour it over the jelly and place in the fridge.
• Twelve minutes later, blend ¾ of a Vanilla Foodpack (30g) with 100ml of very cold water (this will be quite thick in consistency) and spoon over the set Rhubarb & Custard. Put it back in the fridge for two minutes.
• Chop the bar into small cubes and sprinkle over the Vanilla Foodpack.
Voila – a large guilt free trifle to share… or not. (Use half of each ingredient if you only want to use one Foodpack).
