New LighterLife Foodpack: Spaghetti Bolognese

May 15, 2013 - News

spaghettibol600x812Introducing the latest Foodpack in our LighterLife range – Spaghetti Bolognese.

We’ve created a tasty new Foodpack meal, which puts a unique spin on a traditional family favourite – all you have to do is add water!

Commenting on the new Spaghetti Bolognese Foodpack, LighterLife’s nutritionist Susannah Haynes said: “We’re really excited about the launch of this new Foodpack. We’ve spent months testing it to ensure it has all the flavour of a typical Spaghetti Bolognese but without the calories. It’s a great new addition to our LighterLife Foodpack range.”

Four Foodpacks a day on LighterLife Total provide all the nutrients you need, including protein, fibre, carbohydrate, essential fats, vitamins and minerals, all you need to keep you in great health while you’re abstaining from conventional food.

“The Spaghetti Bolognese Foodpack can be enjoyed on LighterLife Total or Lite. It also makes a fully nutritious meal for those on LighterLife Fast – as part of their 5:2 intermittent fasting plan,” said Susannah.

Each Foodpack provides at least ¼ of your recommended daily allowance (RDA) for vitamins and minerals, making them the perfect way to lose weight. And because they contain high-quality soya/milk protein they’re also all suitable for vegetarians.

The Spaghetti Bolognese Foodpack will be launched in early June. Contact your LighterLife Counsellor for more details.

I think it is a shame that you have discontinued so many packs at the same time and are only now starting to offer new flavours. I have been on Lighter life for six weeks with excellent results but I am now finding it so hard as I basically eat the same 4 or 5 food packs please bring back the mushroom and spring onion and pea and ham soups, without the excellent support of my councillor Maggie I would find it almost impossible I feel Lighter life is letting its clients down.
