On January 27th, LighterLife and the Daily Telegraph entered a partnership in an effort to help our LighterLifers to lose weight the ‘LighterLife Way’.
Our hub on The Telegraph’s website features healthy eating recipes, advice from experts including our favourite Dr. Hilary Jones as well as guides on how to overcome those mental stumbling blocks during your weight loss journey.
On top of that, the hub offers advice on how to bring balance to your relationships, work and health through insightful videos and interactive quizzes that will educate you on your eating habits and help you think differently about food.
Not only is the LighterLife hub an insightful addition to your weight loss programme, it is also very simple to use!
