@Newme1977 – Keep yourself busy! When I was sitting around with nothing to do, that’s when I found it the toughest!
Sara Tomlinson – Keep busy, reach for water before anything else, keep a diary of thoughts (good & bad) and look out for “lightbulb” moments. Most importantly – keep smiling!
@Jillyboo65 – Don’t think about what you have to give up – think about what you’ve got to gain. Life, health, confidence…and thats just the start!
Kathy Drew – Set smart goals, go to your meetings, ignore unhelpful comments from others and focus focus focus !
Rowan Rutter – Start from scratch, with an open mind. You already have the ‘know-how’ but you need to be open to the skills so that the weight stays off. Revise old promises, make short-term goals, be honest with yourself and just do it!
Sarah Ward – LighterLife is quite possibly the best thing I’ve ever done. I’ve maintained for nearly 2 years! Top Tip – keep returning to see your Counsellor.
Jill Kear – My advice for newbies in 2012 is don’t lapse at all, not even a bit. Stick to the packs and watch your transformation daily…good luck!
Kathy Drew – It will be challenging at times – anything worth doing always is! But the benefits of losing weight will be worth it!
