Time Management: the ability to use one’s time effectively or productively, especially at work

Prepare

Set goals, know what needs to be done to get there.

Prioritise

Know what is important to you, organise your ‘to do’ list accordingly and rank each task so you give your time to the most important. Tackling tasks randomly can mean you are busy but not productive.

Plan

How much effort and care you out into your planning has an effect on how much control you think you have over your life.

Procrastination

The best way to beat procrastination is to work out why you’re doing it and plan to get out of the habit. Rewarding yourself for each step taken can be really motivating.
