The 80/20 rule is a guideline for all areas of life.
In any situation most of the effects come from a small number of causes
- 80% of the time you Facebook with only 20% of your friends
- 80% of your stress comes from just 20% of the people and situations in your life
- 80% of your happiness comes from 20% of your activities and friends.
It’s easy to get caught up in being very busy but not very effective.
Understandably, all our efforts do not all yield results. Therefore, it is vital to concentrate on what does give us the best results, and refocusing on these.
